Dash Bezel
Nice Reproduction of the Dash Bezel used on the 1970, 71 & 72 Models. One of the best upgrades you can do to your Interior! . . Note: Decal Sets also available! Woodgrain or Black . Installation Tips: Be sure to place some grease on the "Gauge Mounting Studs" before re-installing them from your old dash to the new dash! The grease will help lubricate the self tapping threads as you're installing them into the backside of the Bezel. You can drill out the Stud Mounting holes a tad more if you feel to much resistance. We typically use a 5/32" Drill Bit. Set a drill bit stop at 1/2" Depth. Take your time with this as TPP will not warranty broken stud perches. We recommend holding them securely while screwing the studs in as well. Be sure to Ground each Gauge Pod as well as your Headlight Switch and Wiper Switch also! (If you have any concerns with this process feel free to call for more info) You can also check out our Headlight Switch Page for some good photos on the Ground Locations! . Photo below shows one of these dashes mounted in a 1970 GSX . . . We've installed quite a few of these Dash Bezels with great success! . Be sure to check out our Bulb & Fuse Kit also!
