These are the correct bolts used to mount your "PR102" Proportioning Valve to the Bracket and the Bracket to the Frame. (More common on 1971 & 1972 Cars) Kit Includes:

This is an OEM Part 1970 Crank Pulley - 2 Groove Cleaned, Bead Blasted and Painted. Correct for 1970 Skylark, GS & GSX with 455 without A/C. These are also correct for some 400/430 Engines.
